Belinda R. Stokes founded “God Is” Ministries, Doers of the Word Christian Fellowship Church, the 5-Fold Women’s Ministry, and co-founded the Church at Teaneck Nursing Home.
Belinda is an experienced Bible teacher. She served as the first Minister of Christian Education at Mount Olive Baptist Church, Hackensack, NJ under the pastorate of Rev. Gregory J. Jackson.
Writing is one of Belinda’s passions. She writes print and online articles, blogs, songs, etc. AKA, the Purpose Guru, Belinda has penned several purpose works–a sermon series, curriculum, blog, and a monthly magazine column. She conducts purpose workshops, and a purpose-driven life seminar series.
Belinda earned a B.A. from Rutgers University and a Master of Religious Education from Trinity Theological Seminary. She is a member of the Clergy Women of Charlotte, a lifetime member and former President of a NCNW section, a member of the Nonfiction Authors Association, and a former member of the Pastors Network under Bishop Lyle and Pastor Deborah Dukes. She has one daughter, Chantelle.
She is available to teach and preach at church worship services and events, Christian conferences, conventions, and retreats or as a keynote speaker at various types of community events.
