Saying you are a Christian indicates the following:
1) your spiritual relationship – you established a relationship with God through His Son Jesus; you are saved; you are a Christian.
2) your spiritual position–you have been delivered from the Kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of Light.
Saying you are a Christian does not indicate your level of spiritual maturity. You may be one of the following*:
1) Baby Christian
2) Carnal Christian
3) Growing Christian
4) Mature Christian
Let’s be intentional about growing spiritually by developing our relationship with God through daily praying and reading, studying, meditating, and applying the Bible, God’s Word, to our lives.
